Biofeedback for Animals

Biofeedback for Animals

Just like humans, animals have an electrical body. In a healthy body, all cells operate at their ideal frequency. But when the body becomes stressed or anxious the cells that make up the brain, body and immune system can start to vibrate differently. They emit electromagnetic waves that are imbalanced. Over time, just like in humans, these stressors can result in allergies, addictions, and illness.

By sending electric pulses through the body, this non-invasive system reads the body for electrical signatures of stress. The QUEX ED quantum biofeedback device helps to correct and reduce stressors thus increasing health through relaxation, stress reduction and pain management. By directing these electromagnetic waves through the body, the device tries to balance the cells that have abnormal frequencies. It requires no special efforts on the animal’s side at all.

Not only does biofeedback therapy offer an abundance of information on our animal’s health, it can also help with behavior issues, calm animals that are fearful, helps with separation anxiety, promotes faster healing and healthier coats, and so much more.

One of the purposes of biofeedback therapy is to receive feedback from the body that then can be changed in order to improve many symptoms and ailments in the body. Biofeedback therapy aims to improve body performance and overall health. This holds true for animals and humans. Many people use biofeedback therapy for chronic pain and anxiety. These benefits transfer over to pets as well.

Quantum Freedom is passionate in working with animals and welcomes all 2-legged and 4-legged family members from small to large.

Benefits for Animals

Animal biofeedback therapy offers several potential benefits for pets:

Stress Reduction: Biofeedback therapy can help pets manage stress and anxiety by promoting relaxation and reducing physiological indicators of stress, such as elevated heart rate or muscle tension.

Pain Management: For pets suffering from chronic pain or recovering from injuries or surgeries, biofeedback therapy can aid in pain management by targeting specific areas of discomfort and promoting natural healing processes.

Behavioral Modification: Biofeedback therapy can be used to address behavioral issues in pets, such as aggression, fearfulness, or compulsive behaviors. By helping pets learn to regulate their physiological responses, it can support more balanced emotional states and adaptive behaviors.

Improved Physical Performance: Athlete animals, such as those involved in competitive sports or working roles, can benefit from biofeedback therapy to enhance physical performance, optimize recovery, and reduce the risk of injury.

Enhanced Bonding: Participating in biofeedback therapy sessions with their pet can strengthen the bond between owners and animals, fostering trust, communication, and mutual understanding.

Complementary Treatment: Biofeedback therapy can be used alongside traditional veterinary care and other complementary treatments to provide comprehensive support for pets’ physical and emotional well-being.

Non-Invasive: Unlike some medical interventions, biofeedback therapy is non-invasive and typically well-tolerated by animals, making it a safe option for pets with various health conditions.

Individualized Treatment: Biofeedback therapy can be tailored to each pet’s unique needs and preferences, allowing for personalized treatment plans that address specific health concerns or behavioral challenges.

How to Prepare Your Pet for Biofeedback Therapy

Animals are especially open to receiving quantum biofeedback healing frequencies, in fact they are far more open than humans. Overall, animal biofeedback therapy offers a holistic approach to supporting pets’ health and wellness, addressing both physical and emotional aspects of their well-being.

Preparing your pet for therapy requires planning and attention to detail.

Remote Sessions: Create a calm and comfortable environment in your home away from noises, stimulation and activity. During the therapy sessions, remain calm and patient, providing reassurance and positive reinforcement to your pet. Monitor their reactions and notice any signs of improvement, stress or discomfort.Communicate openly with the practitioner about your observations and any concerns you may have and we will adjust the therapy as needed based on their comfort level and progress.

Finally, maintain regular communication with the professional overseeing your pet’s care, providing updates on their response to the therapy and any changes in their behavior or health.

In-Person Sessions: Schedule an initial consultation to assess your pet’s condition and discuss treatment goals. This can be a complimentary 15 minutes consultation with Drew via phone or with your Veterinarian who may recommend biofeedback therapy session.

Arrive early to familiarize your pet with the therapy location, bringing along favorite items like toys or blankets to help them feel at ease. Additionally, work on desensitization exercises at home if your pet is not accustomed to being in office spaces or veterinarian clinics. Follow any pre-session instructions provided by the practitioner, and be sure to accompany your pet to each therapy session to offer support.

Create a calm and comfortable environment where the therapy sessions will take place. Familiarize your pet with the space and gradually introduce them to the biofeedback equipment, allowing them to sniff and explore it at their own pace. Prior to starting the therapy, consult with a veterinarian or animal behaviorist to determine your pet’s specific needs.

Your practitioner may recommend additional home care strategies to complement the biofeedback therapy. This could include dietary changes or exercise routines. With proper preparation and guidance, biofeedback therapy can be a valuable tool for supporting your pet’s well-being.
